WHAT YOU DO
Our Key Account Management team is responsible for the overall development of the relationship with the customers and driving the partnership on a constantly growing success and revenue level. You ensure together with our Technical Project Managers and customer support/operations that our technology products are used and applied most efficiently by our clients. You are responsible for the revenue planning as well as for assuring that the revenue targets of your customers are met.
Prepare commercial offers for your accounts
Sell additional products to your accounts to increase mutual revenue
Manage deal structures, negotiate terms with customers, close contracts as well as overlook invoice issuing and payments
Secure our customer relationships
Manage customer expectations and ensure customers service standards are met
Coordinate a fast, reliable and successful delivery of each project and product to the customer with the Customer Success Management Team
Communicate customer product demand and tech trends from the market to our development and IT teams
Develop strategic account plans for customers based on customer and market analysis to increase their benefit and mutual revenue
Identify demand for new products or features and create associated business cases
WHAT YOU BRING

In stressful situations, you keep cool, stay focused on the big picture and maintain a positive attitude. Furthermore, you should bring the following requirements to complement our team:
Bachelors’, Masters’ degree or equivalent qualifications, e.g., with a proven background in travel technology
3-5 years’ work experience in account management or similar positions
Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent ability to work independently
Strong sales and negotiation skills as well as intercultural communication skills
Significant interest in online and offline travel business models, previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
Flexibility and willingness to travel
An adaptable, clear and analytical thinker with the ability to work under pressure
Ideally technical understanding of Peakwork products
Very good MS office skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, knowledge of the German language is of advantage
