In your new position as Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be the customer representative within Peakwork AG, building trustful, strategic consulting relationships in order to contribute to the enhancement of our products and services. You will act as the primary contact for all operational questions from both internal and external stakeholders. You will support our existing customers as well as potential customers on their way to becoming active users of Peakwork solutions. Your main focus will be customer success and customer satisfaction. The following tasks will be part of your key responsibilities:
