WHAT YOU DO

In your new position you act as the interface between our American clients and our software developers in Germany. You ensure that our technology products are used and applied at highest efficiency at our clients both in project and day-to-day use and you are responsible making the client’s usage of our technology a success. You ensure a smooth cooperation between departments within peakwork and make a swift completion of day to day business and outstanding customer service happen.

  • Organization, planning and controlling projects
  • Manage the integration of peakwork Player Hub technology for our clients
  • Further development of our IT products and transfer of new client specifications in our systems
  • Coordinating the strategic development of our clients by selling further technological components
  • Supporting clients following the initial launch

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You impress us as a team player with deep technical understanding. Your interest in complex technical solutions and your ability to think abstractly provide the ideal background for success at peakwork. You are comfortable working independently and ready to assume responsibility. In stressful situations, you keep cool, stay focused on the big picture and maintain a positive attitude. Furthermore, you should complement our team with the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a qualified four year college or university or comparable qualification and work experience
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast paced environment and accept that priorities can shift rapidly while still maintaining a positive outlook
  • Good technical understanding and analytical mindset; XML knowledge is a great advantage
  • High level of comfort and capability working in a dispersed workforce environment – managing tasked resources located in different time zones and various countries
  • Solid experience working with IT technical staff
  • Previous experience and/or market knowledge of the tourism industry would be advantageous – ideally in the digital tourism industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, German/Spanish skills would be beneficial
  • PMP a plus
  • Permanent work authorization for the USA
