Technical Sales Consultant (m/f)

WHAT YOU DO

In your new position, you act as the interface between the sales teams, clients and our internal teams in Project Management and core software development. You ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and the technology fits their requirements. New requirements and developments are clarified with highest efficiency. You ensure a smooth cooperation between departments within peakwork and the new customers.

  • Technical solutions planning
  • Internal consultancy services
  • Define, plan, implement and deliver technical solutions as well as interface implementations, together with the development department
  • Dev support to partners during individual software projects and Player-Hub Search and Booking Technology implementation process
  • Initiate, maintain and strengthen relationships with customers
  • Accurate and diligent QA processing
  • Interface between customer at all hierarchical levels and the international Sales team and the Germany-based development team
  • Transfer of new customer specifications/requirements into our organization

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You impress us as a team player with deep technical understanding. Your interest in complex technical solutions and your ability to think abstractly provide the ideal background for success at peakwork. You are comfortable working independently and ready to assume responsibility. In stressful situations, you keep cool, stay focused on the big picture and maintain a positive attitude. Furthermore, you should complement our team with the following:

  • Work and/or project experience in travel technology
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge in handling touristic booking and distribution systems
  • Focused, organized and efficient in high demand, mission critical environments
  • Good comprehension and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Professional experience in IT or technical services; XML, Soap, Rest, C, CRS, GDS should sound familiar
  • Your way of working is marked by creativity, flexibility and an ability to adopt a broader view
  • Fluent German and English skills are required. Additional language preferred
  • International travel is required
