Sebastian Resing appointed Director Customer Success Management

Further to the restructure of our customer relationship management department, Sebastian Resing has been appointed Director Customer Success Management and is now responsible, along with his team, for supporting our tour operator and OTA partners. This includes both technical and business development support based on Peakwork solutions and new opportunities.

Sebastian is an expert in all the technical processes within the Peakwork technology, coupled with experience from his previous position as Head of Technical Account Management. He is one of our long-standing colleagues from the travel tech industry, as he joined Peakwork seven years ago, coming from Pixell (TravelTainment/Amadeus).

We wish him every success in his new role.
