PeakClub#2 2018: Peakwork shares practical knowledge about microservices and digitization
On Thursday, 21 June 2018, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the second "PeakClub" event 2018 will take place at Peakwork on the Rheinallee 9 in Dusseldorf, Germany. Focused on the subject of microservices, this event is aimed at software developers and architects, as well as technical decision-makers and all those who promote digitization in their company.
Once again, Peakwork is delighted to welcome top speaker, Mr Russ Miles (CEO ChaosIQ.io) from London for this meeting. The theme of the evening is "Learning to Love Your Non-Functional". In his talk on non-functional aspects of microservice systems, Miles will address both the technical and organizational challenges in information technology, combining independently decoupled subprocesses and applications into complex application software. Russ Miles is particularly vivid and valuable in sharing his many years of practical experience from various projects and companies, including how immediate measures can lead to long-term experience and competitive advantages. Russ Miles is a senior engineer at Atomist and founder of Russ Miles & Associates. Not only is he a much sought-after trainer, he also speaks at many international conferences on topics such as agile software development and cloud computing.
Before and after the talk, there is also the opportunity to get to know Peakwork, which develops software for major tourism companies worldwide. Office tours in the Düsseldorf head office are also on the program, as well as a round of kickers, darts and more. Drinks and snacks will be available. The lecture will be in English.
