Technical Project Manager (m/f/d) (German and English)

WHAT YOU DO

In your new position, you act as the interface between the sales teams, international clients and our product development. You ensure new clients are onboarded smoothly and the technology fits their requirements. New requirements and developments are clarified with highest efficiency. You guarantee a smooth cooperation between departments within Peakwork and new customers.

  • Organization, planning and controlling projects
  • Create detailed specifications of requirements with Sales
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation plan
  • Definition, planning and delivery of technical solutions together with our product development
  • Further development of our IT products and transfer of new client specifications to our product development
  • Supporting clients prior to the initial launch
  • Manage the integration of Peakwork Player Hub technology for our clients
  • Counterpart to our Account Management
  • Close cooperation with Peakwork product development

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You impress us as a team player with deep technical understanding. Your interest in complex technical solutions and your ability to think abstractly and analytically provide the ideal background for success at Peakwork. You are comfortable working independently and ready to assume responsibility. In stressful situations, you keep cool, stay focused on the big picture and maintain a positive attitude. Furthermore, you should complement our team with the following:

  • Experience in IT or technical services; XML, Soap, Rest, CRS, GDS should sound familiar
  • Work and/or project experience in travel technology
  • Knowledge in handling touristic booking and distribution systems
  • Ability to work focused, organized and efficient in high demand, mission critical environments
  • Good comprehension and the ability to quickly grasp complex issues
  • Your way of working is marked by creativity, flexibility and an ability to adopt a broader view
  • Project Management Certification (e.g. GPM, Prince2, PMP) is a plus
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and an additional language is preferred
