WHAT YOU DO
- You lead an agile team of experienced software developers and act as the main interface with internal and external stakeholders
- With your empathic nature, you maintain the open working atmosphere as well as positivity and motivation in the team
- Through your proactive communication, you avoid "surprises" for stakeholders and clarify expectations
- You work closely with other team leads, software architects, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and prioritize them accordingly in the backlog.
- You will be responsible for capacity and staff planning for your team as well as ongoing staff development
WHAT YOU BRING
- Several years of professional experience as Team Lead, Development Manager or comparable position in software development
- You are interested in new technology and can quickly learn new topics
- You are a good communicator and enjoy working across team boundaries in an international, agile environment
- Practical experience in software development and a good technical understanding of cloud-based microservice developments are particularly helpful
